Elvis Presley with a Guitar

From the Rebar Fantasies collection comes Elvis Presley with a Guitar, a lyrical expression of rhythm, rebellion, and the raw energy of a voice that changed music.

Wrought from coarse rebar, this figure stands with his guitar in hand, caught in the instant before the first chord. The hard, angular steel lines carry the swagger and the movement of the stage, while the curves of the guitar answer them in a rhythm of their own. Light passes through the open lattice, and the shadow it casts on the wall looks like a silhouette under stage lights.

Elvis Presley with a Guitar is a tribute to the artist who made the world move, to the power of music to cross every border, and to the enduring spirit of rock and roll.
