Colours of Lebanon

Colours of Lebanon raises the cedar, Lebanon’s national emblem, from a deep green panel in rows of fine vertical metal lines. The branches spread wide and the roots reach out across the base, in a shape that has stood for endurance for thousands of years. The number 10452 is set into the panel, the area of the country in square kilometres, so the whole of Lebanon sits in one small mark. The glossy green finish shifts with the light across the day. Each frame is numbered 1/1.
